Good food. Guy taking my order was less than friendly.

Staff is friendly here @ this location, food is good here too.

This particular location in Bountiful was not the finely tuned machine you expect from a Jimmy John's. It was far Frome freakishly fast and of the four orders in our group, three were incorrect. Once my order was finally finished the sandwich was still pretty, so you know, silver linings.

I placed an online order and showed up to the store about 10 minutes later. Only 2 guys were behind the counter and they were working so quickly to keep orders flowing out. One of them saw me sitting for a few minutes and asked if I had the pickup order, then told me the extra wait was because they just pulled out their next batch of bread and were just starting my order. He told me to grab a free side for my trouble and the order was still done faster than another sandwich place could’ve done. 5 stars for good food and great customer service!

Jimmy John's food is based on the foundation of a great bun. After that it's whatever you put inside it. But their bread is great. Food tastes good, and it is usually delivered up quickly.

Great sandwiches that last. They taste amazing when chilled so you dont have to eat it quick if you don't need to. They make it freaky fast but enjoy it at your own place. I have been a fan since I first walked in (lured by the free smells).

NOT "freaky fast". I love their sandwiches but this is one of the slowest franchise stores I've ever been to. I used to work at a Jimmy Johns and their standard for sandwich making is thirty seconds from time of order to in the customers hands. I've waited up to 6 minutes for my sandwich at this store. I've noticed their bread is usually not as fresh as other stores. Sandwiches are good, chips are great and prices are fair.
